Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Almond milk (I personally like the almond/coconut milk blend)
1 big handful spinach
1-2 bananas
then add as many of these as you’d like:
1-2 T protein powder
1T chia seeds
2 T avocado
1-2t cinnamon
1-2t vanilla extract
or any other items you prefer
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
