Having a strong core is good for your overall body and health. Here is an easy exercise that can be done to help strengthen your core:
Abdominal crunches: this tried and true exercise is great for the core. Lie on your back with your feet on a wall ( aligning your knees and hips at a 90-degree angle) and tighten your abdominal muscles. Cross your arms over your chest and raise your head and shoulders off the ground. Hold in the raised position for three breaths and then lower. Repeat this exercise. Start with 1 set of 10.
