Here’s an Easy Stretch for a Stiff Neck…
 
Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the ground, or sit on the floor in a cross-legged position. Extend your right arm next to your right knee, or along the flat side of the chair. Using your left hand, place it on top of your head and slowly tilt your head to the left. Use your hand to apply gentle pressure to increase the stretch in the neck. If you need a deeper stretch, use your right hand to stabilize your torso by holding onto your knee or the chair. This allows you to isolate the stretch inside your neck. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds and then slowly release. Repeat this stretch on the other side of your neck.
