Below is a basic neck stretch that can relax your neck muscles and alleviate neck pain.
The Corner Stretch is done as follows:
1. You want to stand approximately two feet back from the corner of the room, facing into the corner.
2. Your feet should be together
3. Your forearms are placed on the wall and elbows are a little below shoulder height.
4. You need to lean in as far as possible without pain. You will feel a stretch in the front of your shoulders and chest.
5. Hold the stretch for about 30 seconds to a minute.
6. Relax and repeat.
Remember this stretch is done in the corner of a room, where 2 walls meet.
